"I ordered a boat cover from these thieves and I received one. Did not fit my boat and it had really bad seam that made it obvious water would collect and pool on the port side of the boat. I called them and I was told the item Is not returnable because it was supplied by a third party vendor. What happened to hassle free returns? Claimed on their website?
So I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Two days later I get a call from Chris, who works for the thieves. Chris tells me I can return the item and I would get a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.... I stupidly then called my credit card Co and cancell the dispute, stupid move on my part. Two weeks later I get a return label from them and I ship the item to them That was in June of 2016. The refund never came, so in July I ca.lled them again, and ft er 3 messages Chris who works for the thieves tells me I should be getting my refund sometime in October. October has come and gone, it's now December, I called them numerous times, sent them inquiries through their website. No Refund and no reasponse. Liars and thieves are two proper adjectives for Select covers.

"I paid a premium price for a boat cover that was supposed to be a custom fit for my boat. It isn't. It is supposed to be 1200 denier fabric. Nothing came with the cover describing what it was. After one week's use I checked it after a rain and found a leak at one of the seams. Very dissapointing."
"I would not tell my worst enemy to buy anything from this company they are also known as buymarinecovers.com I went off their chart for a boat cover for my brother in NE. I bought him the cover for xmas and it was 4 feet to long I tried to have them exchange it and they denied it because it hadbeen more than 30 days well they should realize he lives in NE. and the boat was coverd and winterized and he could not try the cover until it quit snowing and the weather got decent I would avoid this company and not buy anything from them the cover is in the box it was shipped in never on the boat except for seeing if it would fit they have a sure fit gurantee that they refuse to stand behind it they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with they are totally a joke I will do everything I can do in boat forums in the newspapers out here where I live in UT. to make sure that they lose alot of business theu are totally assanine "
