"Very easy to order selected my frames downloaded my husbands prescription. He then got two pairs of glasses for less than £20 including the postage which he is so happy with. The prescription was correct which my husband was were unsure about considering the price. He receive them in about a week 10 days but we were having postal strikes so I don't know if that made a difference. He lost hus last pair they fell out of his pocket and they were expensive but I wouldn't worry so much at this price. I gave told my daughter about them because her husband keeps losing his so I think she is also going to get some I mean you you be mad not too. I have a couple of pair myself at that price why not."

I then contacted the company through their chat service 4 times, where I was given excuses, such as:

"We have your frame, now waiting for your glass to be ready"

Two week passes by for the next excuse:

"We have your glass, now waiting for your frame."

However, even after receiving these responses, I did not receive any updates for another two weeks.

Ultimately, due to the long delay and lack of communication, I had no choice but to cancel my order, and now I am left without the glass I had hoped to receive.
