"I've bought 4 pairs of glasses through select specs over the years, what attracted me 1st was the cost. The glasses themselves are good quality and excellent value for money. They have a good range which can be narrowed down if you know the size you want.
My last set of glasses were delayed but I was kept up to date with how they were progressing. Customer service team is very good and helpful if you get stuck with your order.

"I thought I would give Selectspecs are try having seen the adverts on TV. I chose a cheap pair of frames just in case I may be dissapointed with the lenses which really are the most important part of the glasses. However I was dissaponted the lenses are great. The frames serve a purpose. When I next need to have a change of lenses I will definitely consider Selectspecs but choose a better frame. Would I recomend yes I would."

"The prices first attracted me - two pairs of glasses for less than my local opticians wanted for one pair. The fact that they had the frames I was looking for sealed the deal. What I hadn't expected was the level of detail provided in tracking the progress of my order, or the super-fast delivery once my specs were ready. Superb service! They'll be my go-to spectacle supplier from now on."
"I bought photochromic lenses expecting them to change from clear to dark, they didn’t. I was asked to return them free of charge. They tested them and said they were correct but if I wanted a darker lens i would need transition lenses. This was at an extra charge of £80 or if I wanted they could do permanent tint like sunglasses and I would be refunded £10. I opted for this choice as I had clear glasses. I got the refund the next day and expect the new glasses today. Customer’s services were excellent, helpful and efficient and explained what they’d done although I’m still a little unclear about difference in the photochromic lenses and transitional except if you want your glasses to change from clear to dark you need to buy transitional. I would definitely use them again.
