"Horrible company, claimed to not receive money from bank and told us to re-order, which we did, checked credit card and BOTH charges were processed. My wife sent many emails trying to get any kind of response, all of which were ignored. Disputed CC charge resulted in 4 am calls with just hangups, there was a series of very threatening emails after we submitted the cc dispute, but in the end the bank (bank of America) was useless because we did provide them our credit card. The fact the first ordered and second one, though submitted the same were very different in price (they tacked on a bunch of more crap noone would ever want or need) did not matter to the bank. Avoid these thieving Chinese merchants at all costs."
