"Don't ever use this company, the camera are unreliable & so is their recorder. Spent over 2000$ to get their so called top of the line camera.. had recorder issues, which the support team blamed on my internet service provider. Then the camera were not working everytime need to pay a installer to dismount the camera and send it to SCW for fixing or replacement. Getting tired of the unprofessionalism showed by these guys.

Terrible support team, but excellent sales team, before you buy they will sell castle build in air. Cheapoo! Fraudulent company.

Once they get their payment, their tech support will blame the issue either on the installation or network. It is never their equipment. Fraud !! Fraud Fraud !!!"
