"Ordered 1000 paper envelopes and 200 CD mailers. I only received the paper envelopes. When I emailed them, I got an automated response saying that the people who once owned it are no longer in charge and to send all emails to a different contact. That contact has not responded to 2 emails. When the company was called EnPack, they were great, but they have lost my business now (unless the mailers are forthcoming)."
