"Purchased baby items as a first time buyer of website. Wish I would have done more research on the site and the common complaints. If you decide to do business with them please inspect the items as so as you get them! Nearly all were labeled as new and none of them aside from the diapers and open box warmer were as described. The two worst offenders being the “new” wipe warmer having a nearly full severed cord and the “new” baby video monitor which was filthy and barely working. They will extend no exception to the return window despite falsely labeling their products. Avoid if necessary or test everything out regardless of how far out you’ll actually need those items. Absolutely worthless customer service"
"I found this company thru audio discussion boards. Specifically in reference to great record (vinyl) prices. I ordered 5 records. The first arrive in a plastic bag, lol. Of course the jacket had a big corner crease but, considering the price, it was something I could live with.
Today I received a notice the rest of my orders were cancelled and refunded. Keep in mind, those records are STILL in stock only at prices 50-75% higher.
Marketing 101 - If you make a pricing mistake, live with it & eat the loss but, garner an appreciative clientele and great reviews. Secondipity management apparently didn't take this course and will now reap a bunch of 1* reviews to drag their currently terrible overall rating even lower. "

"The shroud was damaged and the wheel bolts were missing. I informed the seller of this by email and they quickly responded back and gave me the option of returning the product or a $100 dollar refund. I took the refund because that amount would cover the cost of replacing the parts, with a little bit of leftover. Besides, the broken shrouds didn't affect the operation of the compressor."

Someone at the factory had overtightened a big plastic wing-nut, it was stuck.
You could not insert the battery until you lifted the handle the wing-nut held.
I pried the wing-nut loose, adjusted the handle, then re-tightened.
It is a factory fresh leaf blower for 1/2 price.
SECONDIPITY is a 5 star outlet that sells factory blems (from my point of view).
