But the ticket was not received.
I even went in front of stadium and kept waiting.

"Bought two tickets for a football game. Was sent links the day before but they didn’t work so couldn’t download the tickets. Asked via WhatsApp to have the links resent. Was told “do not worry ticket will be with you”. Then they went quiet. Told them I needed the tickets 5 hours before kick off as had to drive three hours to match. Nothing until 15 mins before kick off. Way too late! Links they sent told me “This website is pretending to be Ticketmaster.” Seatsnet support called me and sent me new links. Same error message. Finally sent me PDFs of tickets a few minutes after kick off. Seems like others have had exactly the same thing happen. Lost £350."
"THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Avoid purchasing from this site at all costs. We purchased 4 concert tickets and never received them. They made us wait in the rain in a different country, constantly promising the tickets would arrive 3 to 1 hour before the concert, then stopped responding afterwards. You can't reach real people; all messages are automated, and the phone numbers provided are non-functional. This has been the most disappointing experience ever, especially since I was so happy for this concert. Spare yourself unnecessary stress and avoid ordering anything here! To those responsible people if i can call them that way, do you derive satisfaction from ruining someone's day? And I'm not sure why this site still exists.

"Never use this platform if you want to save your moneys. I bought 2 tickets for Inter vs Napoli match in Sansiro Milan for 17th March of 2024. When we tried to enter the stadium gate-person scanned our tickets another names appeared on the scanner. They checked out ID's and didn't allow us to enter. The tickets had been recognized as a fake. We had to buy new tickets from the stadium ticket shop. When I wrote an email to Seatsnet they explained that their tickets 100% valid. But reality was other. They refused to refund my money. Never use this platform. It's clever to buy tickets from official websites. It's more expensive, but it's safe."

Seatsnet sold me ticket (with high commission) for Inter Milano-Empoli match in Serie A, almost a month before actual match. Match was scheduled for March 30th, but was postponed for 2 days later on.
We did not receieve any information about match date change and found out about it when we (my 7 years old son and myself) arrived to Milano Italy (from Zagreb- Croatia), just 3 hours before non existing match on that day.
Seatsnet refused our demand for return & refound claiming that they are not responsible for information about match date (!!).
Even if that is covered by their T&C it is fact that they sold ticket for non existing event on that day, charged significant commission and failed (didn't even try) to inform customers about event date change.
That by definition is fraud and horrible customer experience.
Imagine how disappointed my 7 years old son was when he found out that there was no match... and that match was only reason for us to travel to Italy from Croatia.

You'll notice there are no contact numbers on the site, and the whatapp and other communications don't reply. Try before you buy and you'll see for yourself. I resold (or thinking that it's true) one ticket bought from them. This was in January and since than , no info, no reply messages, no working phones to reach them. So i cannot withdraw my wallet money.
At least, reading the other issues , i'm relax that things could be much worse. Hopefully i managed bought alternative and less expensive ticket for the event, which was actually for a gift. "
"The tickets were due to arrive online one day before the concert by 8pm (Mika in Paris on 25th March), and did not arrive. I contacted the help desk, which was very robotic and did not directly answer my questions. I wrote to say that they had missed the deadline to give me the tickets (8pm the night before), and that i would have to buy other tickets separately instead (bearing in mind that they have to be printed out and i have to travel to the venue). With 1h13min to spare before the concert STARTED, they uploaded tickets to the website and therefore will not issue a refund. I could not use these tickets because they couldn’t be printed off in time. I have complained already on the whatsapp chat (which basically did not acknowledge my complaint), and on their website via email (and have not heard back here yet).
I would NOT recommend using this service, they are extremely unreliable and do not fulfil their obligations of delivering tickets by the time they state."

"Save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment, do not use this company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Booked two tickets for a Real Madrid game, however before doing so I sent a message to Seatsnet informing them that I was attending with my young son and needed the tickets together. Their first reply (and I am pasting it) was "We guarantee tickets in pairs for ANY section EXCEPT our section single tickets. Single tickets are not guaranteed to be placed in pairs". After booking the tickets I sent another message to confirm, and received this response, "Yes, for the section you have now the tickets will be in a pair (together)." So imagine my suprise when I received the tickets 5 hours before the game and they were in completely different sections. I explained, via message, that these tickets were useless and I would not be able to attend the game. No response. I didn't use the tickets and had an extremely disappointed son. Unsurprisingly, despite several messages, I have had no response from the company. There are several other far more reliable companies out there, use them or I guarantee you will be disappointed!"

"I bought tickets for Ajax - FC Utrecht via seatsnet, and so far no ticket is there one day before the event! I paid almost 500 euros!
I wrote them several emails, and contacted them via whatsapp, only to recieve message that tickets will be delivered, no need to worry.
I have 7 year old son for whom this was supposed to be first live football match, and he is a big supporter of Ajax, and a surprise Birthday gift. I don't know whether to go to the event at all to risk a big dissapointment at the stadium or not! Reading other reviews it seems to be a total scam. I will post how the situation developed."
