"Very poor customer service, quick to respond before they have your money and slow to respond after they have your money. They shipped my product to my business via FedEx HOME delivery which of course resulted in much aggravation trying to get the package delivered. When I tried to contact seat concepts they only wanted to make excuses instead of trying to help resolve the problem. Zero service after the sale, never again will they get my money."
