After the fraudulent charges hit, the Seabound Supply order mysteriously disappeared from my pending transactions. Again, DON'T BUY HERE, my card info was stolen after buying something from here."

"I ordered 2 Perko Pulls which arrived realitively fast. Upon inspection, I noticed they sent me one correct model and one that was slightly different (size). I called custermer service who was very friendly and helpful. She stated she would have another of the correct ones sent out free of charge and don't even bother sending the wrong one back. After a few weeks went by and the second pull not arriving, I called back and spoke to the same person (my fault for not calling sooner). Again she was very nice and helpful and stated that the shipping dept. failed to ship the second order and she would have it sent out asap. The second correct part arrived in three days. Overall very pleased with this company. Luckily for me the second pull I ordered was just a backup or I might not have been so happy about the order mix up. Based on the price of the parts and helpful staff, I would purchase from them again."
"Other than a short delay because product was drop shipped from the manufacturer, which they had no control over their delivery time, my experience with Seabound Suppy has been great. They are very quick to respond to emails and if they don't have an item they have added it to their inventory and pricing is terrific. They even added a shipping option for USPS Priority Mail, which is sometimes less expensive than ground freight, and quick too. I've ordered late in the day from the eastcoast and because they're on the wescoast the order has been filled and shipped the same day... fantastic! Overall I am very pleased with their service, products and selection. Great company."
