"I dont recommand people to buy items anymore to Scubastore/Diveinn.
They are cheating people.
They make false description (plastic instead of carbon item, rubber received in 14 instead of 16...) claim not accepted and you can return your item at your own cost only with no refund. Also if you write bad reviews on some item they rarely appear on their site meaning they keep only the good reviews to sell more.
I dont talk about the very long delay to receive your order :(.
There are other site like Megasub or others... which are far more reliable and more honest."

"I have ordered ~10 items from the scubastore.com. First of all I have received them very late - it took almost 1 month to deliver and then in the package one of the items (most expensive one!) was missing. I have immediately filled for a claim and after countless ping-pong chats with their "customer service" the claim was rejected on the premise that I should have weighed the package as it arrived and claimed some items were missing without even opening the package (the package was clearly not resealed or damaged)?!?!
Completely not acceptable customer service and a very bad experience, so recommendation is to avoid this on-line store."

"Kafka-esque experience!
I chose the fast delivery (2 days, as promised by diveinn website..) but after 2 days I realized my order was still "being prepared". Thus, I asked for it to be canceled since I would no longer be home to receive it. "Impossible", was I told; "when the order is being prepared you cannot cancel it!".
Here we have a large package traveling from Spain to France and back, for nothing....I did not get the bag I was supposed to have for traveling, a waste of money for diveinn who has to pay both transport; pollution etc....
Non-existent support (computer-generated messages, that do not help at all....), idiotic administration, mis-management at its most absurd....
Great line-up but horrendous service. Never again."

"I have ordered from the scuba store aka DiveInn in the past and have had problems with the delivery, but not like now. My order is over a month late. This is the second time I placed this same order. I had to cancel and reorder it because it had not arrived the first time. Now, every time I ask for help, I am given the runaround. I am told the items are with the country's customs. I have contacted customs and spoke to them. The items are NOT in customs. In fact, the items have not arrived in the country. I paid for the items and they lost them. Therefore, they owe me a refund. However, now they are silent. This is unacceptable.

Please consider this message before dealing with this company... I’ve bought two orders total 3 items (scubapro make) Order numbers: 17001995 & 17219399, which I should receive 2 weeks ago.. I still didn’t receive any items yet, and I’ve added request over the website to change the address of the items at the same day of purchase, but I didn’t get any replay on any of them! Now I’ve received a message of the post office asking me for nearly half of the item prices to reroute the item to my state again.. which is unfair...

I’ve tried calling their number (internationally) and the guy picked up the phone sound drunk! And not even bothered to answer my simple questions...
honestly Im regretting dealing with those people and I wouldn’t do in the future.. and guys please be carful

"I wished I had read these reviews earlier. Believe these reviews because I think I have been scammed as well. My order has not arrived and customer service is non existent. They claim that my order was stuck in customs... a wetsuit is NOT GOING TO BE STUCK IN CUSTOMS FOR 3 WEEKS IN SINGAPORE. I frequently buy alcohol online and that doesn't even take 3 weeks in customs. They will throw you a bunch of BS to delay the transaction so when you call your bank to cancel it, it will be too late.
