"The stuff I received wasn't paint at all. The stuff that sprayed out was gritty/powdery. Horrible coverage You can see the primer right through it. The paint I ordered was D2t (Paprika Red Pearl) for a Subaru Forester. The paint should have been lacquery at least some liquid content. It ruined all the hard work I did on the repair & looks awful. I ordered this on the Walmart website."

"Shipping was fast and I purchased for an employees car when she backed up into a tree. She hasn't used yet so I do not know the quality of the product but I am certain if there were any issues the company would resolve promptly. I thought something was missing BUT it wasn't the kit was complete. They continued to write me and even sent me another part of the kit so I ended up with double. They sent this free of charge and arrived just as the kit had done did within a day or two. They also did not charge me anything for what I had though had been missing and that included free shipping."

"I ordered a touch-up kit from scratchwizard. I did this by looking up the make and model and year of my car and then chose the color from the choices listed. There was only one color choice for the color of my car so I chose that. When it arrived and we tried applying it, the color was completely off-- way too dark. I contacted them per their agreement to replace an incorrect color and I was told it was MY FAULT that I chose the WRONG COLOR and since I chose the wrong color I could buy another kit for another 29.99 for the right color! I went back and forth with the representative (who barely is literate, by the way) and got no resolution. I cannot believe they BLAMED ME for an error on THEIR WEBSITE!!!! They are obviously selling the WRONG COLOR for my car (and probably others as well!). So now I just wasted 40 bucks (almost 9 for shipping)! Horrible, horrible way to run a company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE!"
"I bought the interior paint for a small repair on my Honda Odyssey. I used the code found on the web site to identify what the site cited as the color. I followed the enclosed directions and watched the ScratchWizard video before proceeding with the job. I was shocked to see that the color ScratchWizard claimed matched the interior of the van was not even close to the original. When I complained via e-mail, the company replied that I had given it the color when in fact, I based my color choice on the information on the web site. A BBB complaint yielded no action on a refund. So, 70 bucks later, I have a box of hardly used, worthless-to-me gray paint. Lesson learned. Through trial and error, I was able to somewhat match the interior color with paint from Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware. Buyer beware."
"I received no emails from them, not even a confirmation email after I ordered a base coat for almost $40 including shipping. I called the company, but no one answered. So, I left a message to call me back.
Meanwhile, I checked this website and see so many negative reviews about them being a scammer, I said to myself " Oh man, there goes my 40 bucks!"
About an hour later, a girl called and said that they are processing my order and told me to check spam mailbox for the confirmation emails. I was so relieved to see all emails from them in the spam mailbox and embarrassed for being suspicious of them.
They sent my order the same day and received it a few days later. The package containing base coat + base coat metallic matches the color of my car perfectly.
I will be working on it next week and I hope it will come out good!."

"For starters, the paint was not a good match, which is ok per their guarantee. However, after using their product it caused haziness to my paint, which scratch wizard refused to send materials to fix the issue in addition to a refund. Also, the customer service was horrendous, rude, and condescending. They blatantly blamed me for improper use when I just followed their instructions. Now my vehicle looks worse than before. Would never recommend to anyone, stay away from this company."
