"I ordered my Davidson Kilt and accessories od Dec. 16. They called the next day to verify my measurements since a kilt measurement is different than your pant measurements. "I ordered a kilt from this company, but since they didn't have measuring instructions, I sent in the measurements I use for pants. My fault, but they could have easily posted something on the product page about how to measure for a kilt.
The package I received said that I would get a full refund if I sent it back in its original packaging, which I did, and at my own expense.
Several days later, I received an email stating that I was not entitled to a refund, but that they would give me a 40% discount on a new product. When I received the coupon, but it was for $20. That is NOT a 40% for the item I purchased, which was $100. Let alone the full refund that they originally promised.
I tried calling their support number, but they are ALWAYS CLOSED. They have posted business hours, but apparently they don't pick up the phone.
DO NOT do business with this company. They are dishonest and evasive! I've spent $140 with them, and I literally have NOTHING to show for it."

"I placed an order and a few days later they sent me a tracking number. The estimated delivery date came and went so I checked the number. It turns out they created the number but never shipped anything. I contacted them and they gave me a new tracking number showing something was delivered to someone, but it wasn't my zip code. By this time, the event for which I ordered the kilt had come and gone, so I asked for a refund. They responded by demanding 5-star feedback! I ended up having to dispute the transaction through my credit card company.
I wish I'd checked this website before ever dealing with these creeps. As others have pointed out, this "Scottish" shop is run by 3rd worlders who can barely communicate in English. "
"First ordered a Kilt and shirt custom made the quality was good and the timing was reasonable.
Then ordered 4 shirts express shipping. Receive no update deadline was a wedding. As the date approaches no response no updates.
Contacted company via chat and was told order would be arriving in 2 weeks. Contacted again after two weeks and was told the order was still being made. Because the wedding was only a few days away we cancelled the order and was told we would get a full refund. No refund came we contacted them again and were told they were still being stitched. again requested canceling of the order and was told the order was cancelled and refund coming. The day after the wedding the shirts arrived and were refused delivery. Contacted company told them we had cancel the order and that they had agreed for a refund show them where it was in writing no refund. Was contacted and asked to accept the shipment and to provide a reasonable refund request since shirts we're not wanted back. Requested half the price for shirts and refund on Express shipping and was told refund would be coming. A month later no refund. Not a trustworthy company they do not stand by their comments even in writing would not do business with them again. Also note all Communications come from Pakistan and are very difficult to understand and again are not trustworthy"
