"The only reason they get 1 star is b/c 0 isn't an option!! Most bazarre experience of our lives. They knew we were coming, asked for the "online" sales person that we had been speaking with the moment we got there, and then things went south in a hurry! Takes dude ~10 minutes to get to the reception desk (did I mention he was expecting us) and suddenly someone else is interested in the vehicle we came to see. Apparently the other party was VERY interested because the salesman wants us to sign an offer (that was list price, not what we would have offered) to ensure a sale to us. We hadn't even seen the truck!!! We said we wanted to see and test drive...so after 40 minutes of them trying to get us to sign, and we wouldn't, the salesman goes to get the keys so we can see/drive the truck. We weren't going to finance with them, we wouldn't sign their sales agreement, and needless to say their numbers (added costs) to close the deal, didn't add up so guess they sold the truck to someone else - or moved it to another lot. Either way, this was a shady deal in the works! Buyer BEWARE!!! By the way, sales guy never came out to tell us someone else was buying the truck, and with 11 other similar vehicles on their lot, didn't even ask if we wanted to see something else. Actually we were interested in another truck they had, thank goodness we got away!!"
