"I paid $2700 for a used motor. Had a bad roller rocker when I received it. They wouldn't even look at it, told me I had to find a shop to send them a diagnosis. A certified mechanic said the same thing, but that's still not enough to get them to take the motor back and give me a refund. All they'll do for me is parts plus up to $500 for labor despite the fact that I bought the upgraded warranty for an extra $150. Complete waste of my time and money. Another yard only wanted $1100 for the same motor without a warranty. The salesperson made the warranty sound like the higher price was worth it, but their return and warranty policies make it effectively impossible to get your money back. We may be heading to court before this debacle is over. Save yourself the headache and don't do business with these a**holes"
"I took a chance on buying this complete engine from Schram Auto Parts not knowing if it would work in the application I needed it for. The whole process from start to finish was just perfect! They answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner, and I had allot of questions to ask before my purchase. The before and after the sale attention they gave to me as a customer was very refreshing in this electronic age we live in. The item was just as they described which was not perfect but was stated as not being perfect right from the start. The engine has over 3,000 miles on it now and has been flawless in every way. "What a Great Deal for a Wheel. Ok i couldn't resist the play on words. lol And this is a real review from a Ebay purchase. Not some so called fluffer review from some relative. Now for the real facts. This company exceeded my expectations in everyway from point of purchase to final delivery. The wheel was as good if not better then a oem wheel. It was as described and a exact matching replacement with no complications of any kind. I was very happy with the whole process including the fast delivery. The last thing that really made me feel that i got a "Great" not a "good" Deal was the local junk yards were charging anywhere from $75-$150 for a used beat up wheel and they made you feel like you had to fork over your first child as well. After i recieved the wheel i had it mounted and balanced with no complications. So in the end paying $84 and $15 for shipping was a really Fantastic Buy.
