"my experience has been awful. The product was listed as available, but was not in stock. It was supposed to be availiable by the 16th and it is the 19th now and still no product. They can offer me a 1.7 oz instead of the 3.4 oz perfume, but I honestly feel that it is a way for them to make more money. If it was my business, I would send out 2 of the 1.7 oz to make up for what is clearly their mistake. I would never do business with them again. I should have paid more attention to the online rating that they had."

"I'm not impressed. I ordered an item that was listed as being in stock only to receive a phone call a couple of days later telling me otherwise. For the next week to 10 days I was phoned or emailed several times whereby the company representative informed me the item was still out of stock, but a smaller (liquid amount)version was still available. In each case I told them I wanted the larger size. After another email informing me the larger size was not available and requesting I take the smaller size, because their supplier wouldn't provide them with an indication of when they could receive the item, I cancelled my order. Who can't contact any supplier of any product and ask for an update on availability of an item, at a minimum for an anticipated shipping date?

The day after I cancelled my order I received notice the item was now in stock. Later that day I received another notice to disregard the previous email, as it was in error.

Possibly my order is the one in a thousand that fell through the cracks. I have no way of knowing. Regardless, I won't provide them a second opportunity to confirm or disprove my assumptions concerning their management."
