"I strongly encourage everyone to avoid doing business with Scale Train Supply of Yoakum TX, aka scaletrainsupply.com. My purchase experience was very negative--I placed an order for almost $190 for an item their website said would ship in 3-5 business days; the order never shipped, and the company and its owner all but ignored my e-mails and voice-mails attempting to determine the order status. The one response I did get, after two weeks, promised a quick resolution "I'll check and get back to you a.s.ap."--but I never heard back and no one ever answsered the phone. I ended up cancelling my order. A very frustrating three-week ordeal. Shop elsewhere."
