"Was looking for some extra paints and materials for getting back to model building. Found scalehobbyist.com through a search and made a large purchase.
Unfortunately my shipment was sent to a different address, actually the state was totally incorrect. I did verify my address for shipment and was correct so it was a mislabel on my package on scalehobbyist's part. I contacted customer service and they remedied the issue by re-doing my order and shipping it expedited.
They did a great job in making my order correct and I hope they were able to get the wrong shipped items returned to them as it was a big order.
I will definitely be shopping with scalehobbyist again in the future...!"

"I thought they had a great selection of models and my first order from them was on time without an issue, but then I ordered again from them and the item was returned to sender because I have a PO BOX. The first order was sent to my house via UPS and I figured the second one would be as well. It wasn't, thus the return to sender. When I contacted Customer Service and explained what happened they wanted to re-charge me a shipping fee to re-send the item back, they were very rude to deal with. Altogether a bad experience with this company. I explained that I run an Adult Foster Home for Developmentally Disabled individuals and the purchase was for one of them, but they didn't care about anything except charging a re-shipping fee!!!! "
"Still waiting on incomplete order from over a month ago. Sent model without decal sheet. Model had obviously been opened. Said they'd send the parts, then nothing for a month. Recently said theyd contact testors about the problem. So we'll see it they give me the run around.
They say that testors is going to send me the decals. Sounds good. Looking forward to changing this review to a positive one. "
