"Purchased several faucets and was pleased with the price and speed of delivery. Only suggestion I have is better communication. An eMail should be sent with UPS tracking # when shipped. I should not have to query the web site on a daily basis for an update. A telephone number would also be helpful."
"Ordered a vanity set and received a confirmation email. After 4 days, and after I ordered plenty of other things that go with the vanity such as mirror, faucet etc. and making arrangements to have it installed, I emailed them asking when the estimated delivery date would be.
They emailed me that they were out of stock with my vanity and that they canceled the order.
Not only do they offer items that they do not have, but they send you confirmation emails to make you believe it is all set! For 4 days, I was ordering additional items that are now useless (because they do not fit). No response to my emails asking how we could resolve that issue. Beware! Not worth saving a few bucks.

"I absolutely will never use save on faucet ever again. They have terrible customer service and nickel and dime you every step along the way. I have never written an online review before, but this is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
Don't buy from them. They are rude, cheap, and have a terrible business model. I wish I read these reviews before I made the purchase.
Update: After a terrible first experience, the manager gave me a call to work through my issues. He was very nice and established that customer service was important. We came to an agreement and worked out my issue. I wish I spoke with him the first time around. The return is still processing, but I am overall happier with my latest experience."
"Shipment was very slow. Free shipping is nice, but not if it takes a long time to receive your product. Once it was mailed the package came quickly, but it took over a week for it to be mailed out, which is incredibly slow compared to any other online shopping that I do. Also, be very aware of their return policy. They have a 20-45% restocking fee for all returns, which is completely outrageous. I received an item in a different finish than I wanted, but it would cost me over $100 to return it. Their reasons listed on the website for charging such an outrageous amount do not add up. It is not worth saving a little bit of money when you have to pay so much if a return is necessary, basically they are asking for money for nothing, you don't end up with a product, they can re-sale the product and still expect the dissatisfied customer to pay. I have grown to expect quality customer service and ease of returns when buying online, it's always hard to purchase sight-unseen. However, this has not been my experience and I am incredibly disappointed to be stuck with a $330 faucet that I cannot use but cannot afford to mail back and still have to pay 20-45% for.
UPDATE: After I posted this feedback the company emailed me and asked me to correct the fact that I did pay for shipping, it was not free. This is accurate. The email also said that I should be able to return it with no restocking fee, in contrast to what their website said. So, I followed the process and emailed requesting for a return, I got one email saying they had no record of my order and asking for an order number. I then sent that to them and got an email that was unprofessional and rude. I am trying to do what they asked and contact them for a return but every attempt has been unsuccessful.
FINAL UPDATE: I was told that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return the faucet, despite information I received to the contrary earlier in the week. I am completely disgusted with their return policy and the way they have handled this. If you order from them, you need to hope that the product is exactly what you want and arrives in completely good working order and condition, otherwise you can be out hundreds of dollars. I strongly suggest ordering from any other company with more reasonable returns and better customer care. I could have paid $20 more with another website and would have had 100% easy returns for a full refund. Sometimes it's not worth saving a few dollars when the company is poor like this one is."
