""This company is the biggest rip off there is !! I ordered a custom order that should have been delivered in 6-8 weeks. 3 months in i was told it would be to me by the end of the month so i went ahead and got rid of my old couch and was sitting on the floor. The couch never showed up !! I contacted customer service and was told there was delays in my order ... No S&#@ sherlock !! it then took another 3 months to get to me. So i waited 6 months for this stupid couch ! And 3 of 6 of those months i have had NO couch and have been sitting on floor the whole time ! when i do finally receive the couch the delivery people did not have the time to let me inspect, so they had me sign invoice that it was not inspected .. as soon as they left i opened one corner to find out IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR !! I called delivery people and they would not come back and referred me to the claims dept. These people sent me the couch that was available to ship from day one ( that i did not want because i needed a special order to match my walls ), and they tried to pass it off as mine ... like i wouldnt know the difference ! The claims dept did not contact me until a week later and gave me the run around and then they just stopped responding. The bank called two different numbers with my grandfather ( a FBI agent in charge ) and myself on the line to try to get it resolved and there was NO ANSWER at either of the numbers and no machine to leave a message. Thank god i was able to dispute the purchase because i had kept all the correspondence to show how much they screwed up. They wont even respond to me asking for them to come pick up the couch since now i havent paid for it .. i dont want the crap they delivered me !! Buyer beware !!!!! this company SUCKS !! I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau as well as any other review site i can find, and i also turned over the case to my grandfathers office to investigate them further. This is the absolute worse experience i have ever had ... PLEASE save the headache .. there are many other sites that are actually reputable companys and beat there prices all day long !!""
