"Sold counterfeit phonecase. I had problems with it within a month and sent in for warrantee service. Got this response:

We have examined the juice pack that you recently returned to our customer care center and have determined that it is not an authentic mophie product. Accordingly, we cannot replace or repair the product. "

"save the wallet sell FAKE merchandise. I ordered a power supply iphone case a few weeks ago. When I received the case(which shipped from Hong Kong)it has in packaging that did not look like the packaging Power Supply uses here in the US. I opened the package an tried to place my iphone 4s into the case and it did not fit. The side holes did not match up with the volume controls.Also,the anti-glare film was in a seperate package.
I e-mailed save the wallet for a return number and never heard back from them. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

"I ordered a Power Support screen protector for my iPhone and received shipping notification that the product was being shipped from China. I was concerned because I want the authentic Power Support product, not a knockoff. I contacted SaveTheWallet Customer Service and got this reply:

"This product is made in Japan and comes in different versions for different regions in the world. We get the product from China and it's the Chinese version packaging, which is the same as the US packaging just with Chinese and English writing."


I contacted Power Support and they said their product is produced in Japan and if it comes from China it is not their product at all. I cancelled my order."
