"I am happy with my purchase.
I have purchased Portege M700-S7005X from saveoncoms.com, they were among the few suppliers who ship computers to Canada (I live in Canada), my order was shipped directly from Toshiba and got stuck in custom, I called saveoncomps and they promised me to fix the issue which they did, when I got the PC I realized that Toshiba shipped the wrong Tablet model (protégé M700-S7001X instead of protégé M700-S7005X) then I approach saveoncomps customer support by phone, they said that it is Toshiba’s fault since they have ordered the protégé M700-S7005X for me but they will try their best to resolve the issue.
Saveoncomps gave me two options:
1- Return the computer with no additional cost and they will refund full amount including return shipping.
2-they can upgrade Tablet memory (to 2 GB) for free and refund the differences plus 20% discount.
I took the second option; it was a good deal for me.
Saveoncomps Customer supports are polite, helpful, and responsive. They respond fast to my emails.
I recommend this supplier.( I always call the store before purchase)
