"Beware of this online retailer. I purchased a full license for Photoshop CS5.1 Extended at a competitive price. This was for a "Download only" media with the activation serial number being sent in email once payment is confirmed.

The activation serial number they sent me was for a "Volume" license. These are licenses sold to large corporations. Adobe's licensing agreement prohibits resale of Volume licenses.

I didn't discover the license wasn't a valid single-user license until I went to register my product with Adobe.com.

One other aspect of Volume licenses is that they do not entitle you to future upgrade pricing. So, even though I paid full price for this product, I would not be eligible to upgrade to a newer version of Photoshop at their normal (reduced) upgrade prices.

I immediately emailed the retailer asking them to either refund my purchase or send me a legitimate single-user license. To their credit, they called me and said they would be refunding my money.

It would be difficult for a retailer to "accidentally" sell a volume license since they are not sold by Adobe through normal retail channels. So I have to presume that they are intentionally selling pirated keys to reap large reward.

I have notified Adobe of this retailer's actions."

"Quite impressed with seller. I had been researching for over two weeks to find a half way decent price for CS5 and to update my office suite package, knowing I was on a extremely limited budget for upgrading my software. I found these guys via google. And was extremely nervous with buying from them, However many reviews I read convinced me to take the risk and purchase from them. A risk well worth it. I placed my order at 6 am in the morning and got a phone call from them by noon of the same day, 1. to confirm the order, 2 to tell me they had just ran out of the CS5 Standard which I ordered, since I had paid for expidited shipping they graciously honored my order and upgraded the package of CS5 to a bigger package for the same price. I can't complain here. Was shipped exactly as I ordered and recieved the first 1/2 of the product within two days and the other product is on backordered which I was okay with because I was needing the CS5 the fastest to finish my current project. I was upgrading from CS2 to CS5. I will buy from these guys again. Customer service was very proactive on thier part. Nice. "

"Placed an order yesterday. Got no confirmation email. Tried calling and emailing this company yesterday and today....no answer anywhere. They say they offer same-day shipping, yet there is no option for shipping offered when purchasing. They've charged my credit card immediately, but the order remains pending...even though I needed it same-day.

These people can't even answer a phone or email. Don't do business with them. Very shady. I've already notified my credit card fraud division. Taking action that route because these people won't even respond.

Horrible customer service obviously. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!"
