"I ordered a marine light from them and after two weeks I got an email my order was canceled. They told me a refund was issued and after over two weeks still no refund. They stopped responding to emails and it this point my experience shows they are nothing more than a scam."
"I would give zero stars to this company but you can’t do that and still write a review. It is a complete scam with a very professional looking website. I ordered a marine part that cost over $400. I only ever received an invoice showing the purchase and price. No shipping information and after two weeks of waiting for it to arrive I tried to call the number on their website but it just rang and rang with no answer. After I emailed them asking for a tracking # they told me that the price had increased by $75 and if I still wanted the part they had it ready to ship! As soon as I received that email I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The company said if I did not want the part they would issue me a credit which I asked them to do but no credit was ever issued. Today I got the notice from my credit card company they would issue me a credit almost two months after the purchase."

"I ordered an item and paid for expidited shipping. A week later after no item, I contacted them and found out the item was on back order for 6 to 8 weeks. I cancelled the order. They did not refund my purchase. I called a few weeks later, still no refund. I called a month later, they asked for my address so they could issue me a check. I gave them my address, no luck. I called them a month later, they told me to file a claim with my bank. Since they had already been paid, my bank was unable to do anything. Terrible company that cheats people out of thier money. "

"I ordered a fish finder transducer and paid the extra, recommended, 2-3 day shipping thinking I would have the part in a week. I called them on day 8 to get a status/tracking number. Was told it had not shipped. After further questioning I was told they might get the part in about 3 more weeks and then they would ship it to me, no guarantee. Do not use if you expect timely delivery. Why pay for quick shipping and still wait 5 weeks to, maybe, get your stuff?"

"In January 2021, I ordered a Magma sauté pan. SatPro charged my account but did not provide the sauté pan. After a couple of months, I called to find out when the pan would finally ship. SatPro offered to cancel the order and to refund my money. They failed to issue a refund. I called again—no answer. I emailed repeatedly—no reply. As of late May, I STILL have not received the pan or a refund. SatPro does not deserve to be in business. Their customer service ****."
"I ordered (2) two adult life vest in June 20’. I paid $18.99 for 3-5 day shipping. 14 days later I received nothing. Emails and calls to the business went unanswered. I requested my order to be cancelled 16 days later. One that date June 26 2020’ they generated a packing slip and shipped (1) one of (2) two items ordered. I then emailed and called. No response. No answer. It’s now nearing mid July 20’ and I still don’t have my item. No idea what’s going on with this alleged business. Pending complaint to be submitted to the Florida Attorney Generals Office."

"Hi, the nanobox purchased from this supplier did not work. We followed every step instructed to help make it work. We had the fastest best internet service with Telstra and had this tested also. Eventually the seller became very rude. Roy sent rude text message and responses asking us not to disturb him. After spending hundreds of dollars we would expect the product to work. He now has an address on google and his website that is apparently not where he is living and it appears that this business hides behind a false address details so that they can not be traced to collect a refund. CAUTION ADVISED."
