"Wow! I have never encountered such terrible service online!
This review is for the Sanrio-stores.com website which claims to be based in Arizona as per their website ( Goods are shipped from China).
My experience: I ordered Sanrio merch ( items were on sale with free delivery) so I figured why not.
The Customer service team emailed me with an order number and then I asked for the tracking number . About 1 month + later I get the wrong item - not even a Sanrio item! It was a pair of plastic imitation sunglasses!!!
I sent about 20 emails ; no response. I have all proof on deck from photos etc.
Please stay away from this website sanrio-stores.com they will cheat you . You are better off paying a little more for your Sanrio merch as opposed to going through this headache. So basically now they have my money and I don't have my merch nor my refund - money down the drain. Of course I am furious & livid ! Oh well, lessons learnt. Sigh.

"I have placed many ordered on Sanrio.com and it used to be ok with the shipping time but in the recent two years, shipping have been terrible. It took a long time (more than 2-3 weeks) before they shipped out the items and they canceled my order without confirming with me. They threw the same excuse about moving their warehouse in the last two years. How inefficient they are. They don’t really care for my business and I’ll never order from them again. Good luck. "

"I absolutely love Hello Kitty and friends and I love shopping at Sanrio every once in a while for purses, bags, and car accessories. They can be pricey, but their shipping is fast. I just wish that their free-items-with-order weren't so limited in quantity. I never seem to get my order in soon enough. "
