"They have a Facebook page and was very responsive to Facebook messenger & email prior to purchasing a Bose QC20. After receiving product, it was a fake as I had 2 Bose QC20s to compare to and detailed 16 differences. Build quality and sound quality was undeniably inferior to the real ones. I then contacted them to issue a refund via their sales & return email address, but not a peep from them for the last 4 days. Clearly they have no intention to make things right as they were very responsive prior to purchasing and now not at all. Buyer beware of fake products!!"
