"A particular computer printer was out of stock everywhere and the Samy's website indicated the printer was "In Transit" which indicated they were expecting the shipment any day.
I went ahead with the purchase. Fast forward 1 week with no updates, I contacted customer support who then told me they would not get another shipment for 3 weeks!
Samy's will not accept returns on printers and other products - I get it - so I asked to cancel the order (not return) since they did not have stock and the website lied about availability - they refused since ordering a backordered item is a "special order" and cannot be canceled.
Never again."
