"Sorry to say SammyDress is a complete mess The items of clothing they sent me were ridiculously not as advertised and one item was falsely labeled as a sweater when it’s just a knit long sleeve v neck shirt and I was charged $59 for shipping coming from California and not Overseas. While the company has some unique pieces, the clothing is cheaply made and made for pennies on the dollar especially since its coming from the Asia markets. The insurance is a complete joke and doesn’t cover anything and customer service will try to state that the first option would be to refund to the Sammy Dress wallet, so you can be ripped off again if something goes wrong. No thanks. Ill stick to getting my clothes here in America where its shipped from overseas but I can get a refund if it not correct.
Customer service is no help, dont expect them to help you at all. How can a company be making money when the clothing is so cheap? Thes shipping is overpriced and they gouge the consumers and pretend they are shipping from overseas, when in fact they are not."
