I have been waiting for a refund for 6 months for an order I did not receive. The order was returned due to problems with customs and so documented. Sameday supplements has refused to refund the money for 6 months and serves me excuses for this on a weekly basis. Scammers"

"Im not the type of consumer that typically leaves reviews, BUT the phenomenal experience I had on this site and with the customer service deserves it. The purchasing process was simple, my order was shipped out later that day (AMAZING), and I received my tracking info that night. The issue came later on (like 3 days later) when my package’s tracking said delivered and I hadn’t actually gotten it. So I called the customer service number and the rep I spoke to made it very clear on the next steps and the claim process. Long-story short, the original package was lost and they sent me a replacement, which I did receive in 3 days. Overall great experience even considering the unfortunate events."
