... to me it seems that it's a minimal staff if any at all.

I made a mistake when trying to pay with BTC. Coinbase updated my coin's worth while I was toggling between USD & BTC just before sending the coin. So the amount was not exactly right and I noticed it almost immediately after I made the transaction. This means that the process won't take and there is a warning that if this happens, you have to contact the site.

Which I tried multiple times by phone and E-mail without any initial response at all.

It would be over two full weeks later before my E-mail got answered, leading to this updated review.
