"I just used SalutHaiti.com to top-up a Haitian friend's phone. The currency conversion rate as of 6 April 2016 is 61 HTG per $1 US. SalutHaiti charged me $8 US for 416 HTG top-up. They also charged a $.79 US service fee (total $8.79 US) If I use the Digicel top-up website, for a total of $8.46 US, I can top-up the same phone with 500 HTG. Pretty sad that I paid SalutHaiti 33 cents more for 84 fewer HTG top-up. Again SalutHaiti charges $8.79 for 416 HTG. DigicelHaiti charges $8.46 for 500 HTG."
