"My experience with Saletagz has been the worst I've encountered with any 3rd party seller on Amazon. I bought a phone, paid for expedited shipping and because the shipping address is not in my name, I am unable to collect my item from FedEx. I contacted Saletagz so they could contact FedEx to give them the authorization for me to get my item. After all this, Saletagz has doubted my honesty when they should clearly see on their records, that the item was paid for by my credit card with my name and not the name on the shipping address. As such, Saletagz won't get my future business and will not be recommend by me to anyone!"
