"Stay far away from these crooks. The training and support is terrible. The sales manager Shai is a rude and arrogant brute. They offer no help but will take your money quickly. I received several rude emails from this guy offering rudeness and arrogance instead of any help or advice. The customer support agents who work for them have no idea what they are talking about either. They will openly admit that they don't know anything about dropshipping yet that's who you are supposed to be able to ask questions when you have them in regards to the software. They are one of the most expensive dropshipping software on the market yet have the poorest level of service. They take almost 12 hours or more to answer any questions in chat support. I tested this several times during the 14 day trial period. There sales manager by the name of Shai is the rudest, most arrogant **** that I had to deal with over there. He'll usually email you back about 24 hours or more when you try to contact them for support. There response time is extremely slow, showing there care for there customers. I have used DSM tool over a year and considered switching to salefreaks after hearing about them on Youtube. I'm glad I didn't switch because it would've been a terrible mistake."
"I was really excited when I first stepped in, I stayed on it for 5 months. When it came to my training session I had a gentleman who was abrupt and rude and just 'expected' you to be an expert in it. He told me he would book me in the following week to assist me again and so I waited and waited for our training, he told me he would be with me soon, and then after 40 minutes said "you need to learn this on your own"....He was rude, and unhelpful. They like to take the money but not really help you get there and succeed. Waste of money.
I was also charged for a month I didn't use, so when I told them, they slyly told me to cancel my PayPal case and that they would refund me. They know very well once I close the case, they don't have to refund me...so as you can see, the integrity isn't there. I wouldn't ever go near them again. To cover up on facebook, they told me to remove the comment, and under y comment where I'm speaking about the refund, they claim they have refunded me, when they clearly have not. Arrogant, rude and untrustworthy."
"They take my product pages of my manufactured product on Amazon and list it on Ebay at a 25-75% markup. With my branded name, images and text. No permission, no Knowledge of my product. This is outrageous theft."
