"Salespider is a business to business network. With their free and paid features the potential to make money is very good. But, I write this review not to shine a spotlight on their potential, but on their major flaw, as I see it. I opened a free account with them with every free feature they offer, and of course those are limited unless you want to pay money to "boost" those features. I have no problem with that and even understand it. I, like other business owners want some clarification before we invest our money in anything. Salespider has a "contact us" page with an in-server IM system, a fax, an email address and an office number. I sent them 2 messages using their website, I called 3x each during working hours to customer service and sales department with each call a msg "no one is available", that's it. I sent them an email with no reply. The email was the last attempt and that was 4 days ago, still no reply."
