"After ordering online, the next morning I realized that I needed to add 2 yards to my first purchase from your company. I didn't think it was going to be an issue because I was a customer support specialist for a wholesale competitor (If someone actually reads this, I'll tell you who), and I have dealt with upholsters adding to their yardage. The person I talked to ended up creating more of a problem than was necessary. I don't know if it was the employee's inexperience or whatever. After phone calls to my bank, (an hour or so later) I called back and talked with someone who obviously knew what they were doing. I still wasn't able to add the 2 yards of mineral I wanted but she was able to be helpful. So, first experience wasn't good. "

I tracked the package online and there is no estimated delivery date. I hope it eventually arrives. Maybe they will refund the shipping fee "
"I did not buy this for sailing, rather for a project on my 2008 Cadillac CTS. There is a battery compartment in the trunk which was originally held together with Velcro. Mine failed, and I envisioned this product would be a far better substitute to keep the panel closed. Easy to install with just a box knife and looks great too. "

"Got it set up today and it really works good. Love the slow speed on the turns, but it's still fast enough on long straight lines. I tried all the stiches, and everything works good. Shipping was fast and everything was in good shape. The only small downside was the small spools of white thread that come with it would not come off the spool, but I put my big spool on and no problem. "

"I bought the sailrite leatherworks in March 2023 to use in several leather upholstery projects ( I am an advanced woodworker and thought it was time to invest in a sewing machine rather than outsourcing upholstery). I was able to set it up without any problems thanks to the well documented videos provided by Sailrite. so far I just used it to familiarize myself with the machine. I did some sewing on various scraps of leather, adusted the stitch size, forward and reverse, adjusting tension, trying various type of threads. the machine seems pretty good and capable of sewing thru pretty thick leather. compared to a cheap sewing machine I used in the past, this night and day: the slow stitching speed provided my the servo motor makes it so easy for a beginner like me. "

"I am well pleased with the products and customer service of Sailrite. Your videos are very helpful and a question I had regarding use of the stretch vinyl prior to my order was answered promptly. I have 3 chairs that I will begin upholstering this week using products from my 2 recent orders. The fabrics are high quality so I know I will be pleased with the end result. And, I appreciate that your company is one of the few post pandemic that delivers orders timely!
On a side note that I hope will be helpful for future shipments: the tack strips I ordered were packaged in a cardboard tube with the ends taped closed. It was then enclosed in the same package as the vinyl. In transit, the tack strip package broke open at the taped end and the tack strips were loose. There was no damage to the vinyl but I wanted to let you know about the occurrence and suggest that a stronger tape be used to secure the ends of the tube. "
"This is the third time that I have purchased Weblon from Sailrite. The first two times it came in a long box. This time it arrived wrapped in plastic with no box. One of the ends of the roll was pretty smashed due to improper packaging. Very Disappointed with poor packaging, can’t use the product end to end."

"While I had sewn many clothing items over the years, I haven't done any in a while, so my challenge was to make a seat cushion as a Christmas present for my daughter's window seat. It's an angled space, and I while I knew some basics on how to do this, I had never done any cushions. Sailrite had a video on how to construct a cushion, and I was impressed. The ladies on the video were very experienced and unlike today's fast-paced society, they took the time to measure multiple times before cutting. The work they produced from this was beautiful. They also offered a fabric calculator - awesome tool. Sailrite essentially walked me through the entire process of my project! I'm beyond thrilled. They also had far more fabric choices than going to a local fabric store, and all the accessories I needed as well.
Once I ordered what I needed, we were shocked at how fast I got everything - my husband said "geez, they're faster than Jimmy Johns". My order was complete - no missing pieces. Pricing was quite reasonable, and quality of fabric was wonderful.
I will certainly use them for all future projects like this. "
