"I am not happy with this company whatsoever!! I have ordered two movies from this company on November 13, 2010 and it is December 7, 2010 and STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM!! I have e-mail, called, left msgs with them and still no answer nor a call back! They took the money out of my account and WILL NOT return it! I will never buy from here again and I will tell every Vietnamses (Asian) family member and friend to order from somewhere else! No respect on the situation and this was to be a Christmas gift.

December 8, 2010 they sent an e-mail saying they are sent out. December 10th I received the package undamaged with a letter inside to apoloize for the misunderstanding.... (MISUNDERSTANDING!!! They said they sent out the package Novemeber 13th and now they say they are sending out the package. Misunderstanding my A$$! I got luckly with my order but I would NEVER use them again) and they put please order from us again soon, BAHHHAAAAAA no I will NOT!

I ordered a total 6 CDs from this website for $54.50. It took 3 1/2 weeks before I received the package. Guess what? It is an empty envelope marked "received open" by the post office! Actually, the envelope was torn and I guess all of CDs were lost in-transit. I checked the tracking system it said the package weighs 1 pound (equals only 5 CDs, but I ordered 6). This means they have carelessly packed all 5 CDs (in each individual hardcase) in one thin 9"x11" envelope which is designed for documental paper, not for CDs. They have never mentioned about the back order for the 6th CD!
Anyway, I have left voice messages (because they never answered the phone) and have sent emails regarding the shipment but they have NEVER REPLIED! I am disputing their charge via Mastercard. Hope that I would get my money back.

"Do not buy anything from this website. I ordered one set of DVD (Hong Kong series movie, $31.50) and one single DVD ($2.50), they only sent me the single DVD. The invoive indicated my set of DVDs was out of stock but they never gave me my refund (of $31.50). I called and emailed them but they never answered. I claimed a dispute with Paypal. After a month of providing explaination to Paypal, Paypal closed my claim of dispute in favor to them because Paypal said that they provided shipping information and I said that I had received it. Yes, I had received but it was only a single DVD. I now have question about Paypal capability of hadling these things, I don't think Paypal really read my explaination.

"I have finally convinced myself to listen to Vietnamese music. I purchased a total of 8 cds. My cds arrived in about 1 1/2 weeks. (not bad). Of the 8 cds i ordered, they only shipped 7. and did not mention anything about back order. out of the 7 cds that i have received. 4 case were broken. i am very sure that it wasn't because of the transit. (the envelope arrived in excellent condition) in my opinion the cds case was broken prior to shipping. anyways, i have e-mail, and left voice messages regarding my missing cd, and have not heard from anyone. I ordered 2 CD's but they only mailed 1 WRONG CD. I opened a dispute case in Paypal. They asked me to send the package back for refund. I asked them who would pay for shipping. They did not reply.
Also, Paypal said "not guarantee money back." If this is the case, I stop using Paypal for good.
The order totaled $10.25. Cheap.

"Hey you're absolutely right! First order from them came a defective disc, after many emails sent to them, they finally said to send the defective disc, then after many more weeks passed, and I send more emails to them about status, they said they have sent the replacement disc. Well guess what? They didn't send it!!!!! Then I made another order many months later, simply because I was desperate. Can you believe it? It's another defective disc! You write to them and they don't reply...I mean for real, they ignore every email you send to them when there's a problem.
To tell you the truth, I don't even think they are selling legitimate authentic products...
Don't count on PayPal to give you your money back either. Stay away from SaigonCD.com. The absolute worst e-commerce site in the world."

I should have noticed that this store Web site did not display any kind of certification from a reliable institute such as BBBOnline, VeriSign Secured or BizRate. They asked me to send back the defective items, did not send me the replacement and ignored all my emails. What a scam!"
