"I found their Safeway brand Lansoprazole capsules first on Ebay and then on their website. The website seems to have lower prices than what's listed on Ebay so I purchased the quantity of 90 on the website. They shipped the same day I purchased! The packaging was also very secure. I've ordered generics from overseas and had many of broken capsules so it was nice to find a place that cares to package well and ships from within the USA, no waiting forever, it was in my mailbox 2 days later.

So, that purchase was in early February. After finishing the capsules I already had, I started using the Safeway capsules 3 weeks ago. After 3 weeks my heartburn has not returned so they seem to be doing the job. I would have known within a couple days if they didn't work. So yes, I'm a happy customer - Bravo! I'll be reordering!"

"BEWARE of this extremely dubious over-the-counter drug sales operation. From start to finish, the experience I had three months ago left me absolutely furious.

I placed my order, paid with PayPal, and there was absolutely NO ACTION FOR EIGHT DAYS. Fed up after six days of my item not shipping, I contacted the seller demanding a refund of my money for their unacceptable and ignorant conduct.

So what does Safeway do? They SHIPPED my order two days later! Abject IGNORANCE of my request. I then proceeded to open a PayPal dispute. Safeway OTC continues the madness by waiting until the LAST DAY to respond, not with a refund of my money, but merely with the details of the order they incorrectly shipped to me.

It wasn't worth it anymore. I now begrudgingly have my order of 225 Prilosec for $56.25. A good price indeed, but a price that can be replicated easily on eBay, and without the MISERY that Safeway OTC so skillfully put me through.

The final insult: These Prilosec expire in October of 2013. Pathetic! Most Prilosec sitting on the shelves these days has an expiration date of at least January of 2015.
