"Was suggested the wrong product. Listened and ordered it. Got the wrong product in the mail. Had to pay shipping for it to go back and then had to pay shipping to get the correct item. And if we returned with no exchange there was a 20% restocking fee. Do you yourself a favor and go to a different company. We have been doing business for years and have never been treated like this.

I was told because they have reflective tape they are non returnable, even thought they sell them.
