I also use it at home, to unblock streaming content. Happened that once I couldn't unblock some service, contacted support and my issue was solved within an hour. They are very responsive and friendly.

Been a customer for some time and I noticed they improved their service: better support, more servers, faster speeds in a simple application. They also offer a chrome extension which is great for what I need.

I would just add more servers. Purchasing the plan for 2 years you get a great discount. For the same price you can get only 1 year with other providers. So in terms of cost benefit, I recommend Safer vpn for any regular user."

"Just used SaferVPN from my SurfacePRO 3 to make a payment using PayPal. PayPal was seriously upset that I'm in Turkey and had limited my account access from the Turkish IP I got from TurkCell. So I turned on SaferVPN and popped up in the West coast of the US and PayPal calmed down.

During THAT, I got a chat from a SaferVPN rep asking if I had any questions. Yes, I did. Can I use SaferVPN on multiple devices (answer: up to 3 devices simultaneously). Can I use SaferVPN with my Windows Phone 8.1? Yes, and a link to the instructions. Followed those, filled in the VPN profile (needed a preset key value, the Chat rep had that for me).

And 10 minutes later I was using SaferVPN on my Windows Phone 8.1. No hassles - though I did have to wake up the WiFi again, Windows Phone had turned it off and then complained that it couldn't do data through the cellular Data connection. Duh - I'm roaming and have data roaming off. But a couple of restarts of the browser and the WiFi hotspot I have here and SaferVPN kicked in via WiFi with zero problems.

This is seriously good performance for a VERY complex issue. Customer Service was on the spot, the service worked exactly as described, and now I'm good to go on two devices. OMG. I wish everyone dealing with complex software issues could do as well as SaferVPN. (And NO, I don't have any relationship with them other than as a satisfied customer. SERIOUSLY satisfied customer. Grin!)"
