"Safewireless is a top-notch company to do business with. I had questions prior to my purchase and Ken was able to answer them right away. He also let me know if the wire harness didn't work I could ship it back for a full refund.
When I placed the order, I accidentally order the wrong harness. I sent an email to Ken (after 8:00 PM on a Friday) and within an hour he assured me that he would send the correct harness out and all I would have to do is return the old harness in the enclosed packaging.

"I have purchased a JBL harness for the parrot MK6100 from this store a few weeks ago. Got a quick reply and very fast shipping. A few weeks after the installation my plastic screen mount got broken. Although I haven't purchased the unit from safewireless I sent an email to Ken and asked if I can purchase another mount. Maybe 10 minutes after I sent my email Ken called me and told me that he has many in stock and I can come and pick it up (I live in the same city).
I've met Ken which gave me the new mount for no charge and also a couple of covers for my external microphone to reduce noise. Ken was very knowledgeable about the system and gave me a few nice tips.
