Paid Half up front and the second half of the payment was supposed to be on shipment. Paid for the second half, (the product was always supposed to be in stock the day I ordered it. Received no product a week later. I wouldn't have been concerned, but, they said when they take the second payment, that means they are shipping. I emailed them 2 weeks later, and they said sorry, they are trying to manage a lot, and they will ship next Wednesday, or refund that Friday. Nothing. Emailed back to find out, what the delay was, it was their commitment, not mine, but..... no response, the date now is May 18, 2021, and I have received no response at all from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE if they have a problem, they stick their head in a hole and wait for you to do a chargeback.

Order was placed March 12, 2021 and 2 weeks delivery. Unable to contact them via chat, email or phone. Then after a week of trying to contact them , they came online and told me things are back to normal and told me I will get my phone Monday April 12, 2021. See the chat below. I have no tracking number and no phone. Can you trust a company like this with your order? Think twice before you order.
Wasted a lot of time and energy dealing with them. Whatever Jai told you about delivery date can not be trusted. Unable to contact them since Monday April 12, 2021, selectively off line.

"After two and a half months of waiting and countless promises and excuses ("it's Canada Post fault", "we'll ship it next week", "no, we'll really ship it next week", "we will reimburse you 5% of your purchase due to excessive delays", etc.), I requested for my order to be cancelled. Only then it was shipped within the next 48 hours. Nevertheless, the order was incomplete (missing one of the items). When I emailed them informing them of this situation, I received no answer. When I called, they promised me they would send the missing item and process the reimbursement within the next couple of days. I called them several times more and it went straight to voicemail. Sent them messages through their website but didn't receive a reply. When I post on their Facebook page, they delete my posts. Almost 4 months after placing the order and over a month after receiving some of the items, I'm still waiting for S-World Electronics to fulfill the order. As a consequence I have now opened a claim in Better Business Bureau and my next step will be suing them at Ontario's Small Claims Court. My advice to you: SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS VENDOR."

"Gave them my money for a nikon camera kit that was promised shipment within 2 business days. After no shipment was made my daily inquiries were met with daily excuses for non shipment including blaming Canada Post for not picking up the order. After a week of excuses I cancelled the order and was promised a refund to my credit card within 2 business days. After 3 weeks of excuses they have stopped communicating with me. I have files a complaint with the BBB and had my credit card company investigate. This is a scam to separate you from your money. STAY AWAY!"
