"I ordered Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition. The web site did not have any information about the product and I was forced to look elsewhere to answer my questions. My order did not arrive until the 10th. I was not given a code to track my order which would have been nice to have to see when the product was shipped. Overall, it was a problem free experience."
