"I ordered Power Wheels parts from SVC Vacuum and received the parts USPS Priority mail 5 days after placing the order. They responded immediately with a confirmation email listing the tracking number and order number. The parts were well packaged. I am very pleased with SVC vacuum and have no hesitation about re-ordering from them in the future. This was a perfect online ordering experience for me."
"I was upset to learn that this company listed the part ( roller brush ) was available for my Panasonic upright. I ordered the part, confirmed the order, they sent delivery dates and then= just cancelled my order stating " the part was no longer availalbe. I had heard this prior but did confirm with them they actualy had it and called them to confirm that too. Again; they need to post current parts not do a bait and switch."
"Have an older Eureka canister that takes the long discontinued "S" bag since Eureka stopped making a vacuum cleaner that wasn't entirely plastic. SVC website lists the "S" bag in stock, although by a generic maker. Eureka thinks the "B" bag is an adequate replacement for the "S" bag. IT IS NOT. When the "B" bag is used in the older Eureka canister vacuum, the replacement "B" bag is GUARANTEED to rip apart around the mouth opening of the bag where the hose is inserted through the top of the vacuum housing. And when that happens, the entire inside of the vacuum becomes your dust bag. Stupid me, believing that SVC actually stocked the "S" bag as indicated on their website, I ordered 2 packages of "S" dust bags only to receive two packages of "B" bags. I already know the "B" bags do not work as a replacement for the "S" bag. I will now just throw them away... total waste of money. In fact will now just throw away the entire vacuum as well, although the thing would have probably lasted another 20 years.
I got a con job by SVCVacuum. But I guess that makes them a modern day all "American" company... LOL.

"I had the same experience as another reviewer had reported below. Their website said (and still says) a vacuum filter was in stock, so I ordered it. A few days later they canceled my order saying the item was no longer available. Not a single word of apology in the email."
"Wanted to get some filter bags for our vacuum, saw that SVCvacuum.com had them advertised as on sale. Even though the website showed the items "In Stock" I emailed the company to confirm that they were in stock and to find out how many were available, but after five days had still not received a reply, so I took a risk and ordered some. Surprise, after another few days I got an automated response saying my order had been cancelled because the items were not in stock. Of course, the website *still* shows the filter bags as being in stock! Terrible communication and misleading inventory, avoid this company as save your self the wasted time! "
