"I tried this company because they had a retractable CAT5 cable for my laptop and a 6" CAT5e cable that I could use to go from my router to my modem. Upon delivery I recieved my retractable cable. Instead of my 6" cable I recieved a 14' cable instead... I have since e-mailed their customer service 2 times and have yet to here back from them in any form..."

"I ordered the retail version of a CD-RW/DVD combo drive, and what I got was a retail box with the OEM version stuffed inside. I complained to SRSystems directly, and they said that they ship the boxes exactly the way that they recieve them. They said that they'd replace the drive if I sent the one that I had back to them.
When I asked how I would be reimbursed for shipping the drive back, they said that their policies say that I'd have to pay it. They were going to make me pay the cost of shipping back an item that I did not order.
Finally, after sending their RMA department a few nasty emails, they said that they would send me a shipping lable. The label showed up within a few days, and I shipped the drive back to them. The replacement that they sent me was actually the retail version of the next FASTER drive.
Although it took some harassment, they finally did the right thing, and even upgraded me. Originally I was going to completely write off ever doing business with SRSystems again, but now it's not completely out of the question."

Be warned and careful here, the inventory is not active to the web page, and when an item is out of stock substitution is make without regard to the purchaser. I sent six emails for the right thing be done. They wanted to charge me another $15 plus return postage for their mistake. I will eat the $13.99 item and order from www.newegg.com. They have an active inventory.

I ended up spending about half of what I was budgeting and kept myself from making a costly decision. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn't in stock locally but they assured me I would get the part in 2-3 business days (with like 12 warehouses it makes sense). Web order experience not very encouraging.
It took eight days to actually ship an order without any courtesy notice of delay.
Price was competitive when order was placed, but by the time the order was shipped, the price for the item have been significantly discounted by other vendors listing with pricewatch.com.
