"I ordered a $23.00 radiator grill from this place almost 2 weeks ago and have not seen a dam thing yet. I keep trying to contact the store owner, but that person neglets to reply.It sucks because that's the part I'm waiting for to complete my modded box. The LAN is drawing near and I need time to install that grill and do a small mod to it. I suggest that the shipping calculation page be debugged. You try to find out how much shipping is and you get a page full of erors from a SQL database. I suggest to anyone considering buying from this store to do your best to find the stuff you need elsewhere. Too bad, this store advertises some pretty highend hardware. To bad it takes over 2 weeks just for the order to "process"."

I own American watercooling but I love the look of German, so I decided to get a German-made res. 12mm fittings fit mostly into 1/2" ID tubing, thats close enough for me, I don't have a high flow system anyway. First off I got 10% off because I post at [H]ard | Forums, which was pretty cool. Then he upgraded my shipping to 2-day which was just really nice of him. When I received it he had threaded the barbs a little, the one side came out without a problem but I guess the other side got hit during shipping and wouldn't move for anything. I contacted him and he right away sent out a replacement. I got the replacement a few days later (he didn't put the barbs in this time) and it was 100% perfect. I am having a problem with my system, something is introducing air into it, I suspect my pump, and he is concerned and wants to know the outcome. Very nice guy to deal with, very good place to do business with. I am completly serious when I say that the quality of service made me consider selling my current system just so I could go German and consequently only need to deal with these guys. I will always consider SNT my first place for any future watercooling upgrades. They are the cheapest German systems I have seen, while more expensive than American systems (not SNT's fault obviously) the quality of customer support has made me only want to deal with this company.
