"I ordered a coat for my wife for her birthday, it was cheaply made with a generic material. Once we received the coat it was one day before the 30 day cancellation policy. We tried to notify customer service for the return and got no response, we then returned the coat to the address on the return policy. A month later we finally got an email stating the return wasn't authorized. We are out 148 dollars and no coat. We are disputing this charge with our bank. Never again will we purchase from She Simply Shops. Good luck everyone..."

I started the return process, first they responded and then it took 4 months for them to respond with the actual return instructions. Even then they stated I have to pay for return shipping when it clearly states on the website that if something is damaged they provide a return label. I am hesitant to even ship it because I may lose the money for shipping and worry they won't even refund me when they receive the item. "

The graphic is screen printed with the cheapest ink possible that is already starting to peel BEFORE I've even washed it! I contacted them for a refund and they tried to offer 15% refund. "This company is a SCAM. "Customer Service" is Non-Existent"! The only way to communicate is via email and that takes days and responses seem computer generated. Took me over THREE MONTHS to receive a pair of boots I ordered and when they arrived, they are NOWHERE NEAR THE SIZE I ORDERED!!!!! I want to return them and am getting a run around. I saw a notice that they are "under new management", however, I don't see any difference in how this company operates."
"3 months later and the item has still not arrived. They only have an email for correspondence. No phone number. Answering an email is very easy for them because they can write back “it’s in transit” without having to deal with the consequences of a blanket statement like that. It also takes days for a response via email. Which means it takes a week for a conversation. I will NEVER order from them again. If it’s this long to get an item, imagine if it has to be returned??? Ugh"
