"absolutely unbelievable.
ordered a bag from this store online months ago. i was even charged the amount on my credit card, and despite sending these people at the very least 5 e-mails (since there is no other way to contact the store), i have yet to receive any sort of response, let alone my order. i sent multiple messages even asking for my money back because it was months since i placed the order.. March of 2012 to be exact and it is now JUNE.

absolutely horrid customer service. this brand/store deserves zero stars.
