"Dislike this dealership! So I bought my last truck from A Ryan dealership and was happy but this one I feel strong hatred so far. So they made my appointment for 3:45pm and they closed at 5. When I got there, there were no sales managers around so I waited for one to see the truck I wanted. By the time one got to me he basically handed me the keys and walked away. So I took it out and loved it and was going to make the deal. When I got back the salesman that gave me the keys went home. So I had to wait for another one. By the time one got to me it was like 10min to 5...t(•-•t). And he walked around my truck and estimated a value that I was prepared for. But I already had a loan that would cover that. But before I was able to tell him that he had the nerve to tell me that the banks wouldn't accept the trade with the new truck, so I took that as him basically told me to get lost so he can go home. Then some chick emailed me asking if I was satisfied with my visit so I told her the story and she said see was going to show the manager and he would call me to get it straightened out.... That was a week ago and no phone call. Except every other day I get an email from some other chick asking if this is a good number to reach me at and I say yes have him call me....STILL NOTHING! so now I'm back to looking for a truck like the one they have. But they will have to kiss my feet to get me to get it."
