"I used to frequently order from this store and loved it until my most recent purchase. It took a month since ordering for them to finally contact me to advise that almost all of the products I ordered would be cancelled and I will get a store credit which I didn’t want as I wanted to get the products elsewhere. After much back and forth they finally agreed to refund me, but I am still waiting for the $$ to hit my account and fear I won’t get it at all. I ended up buying my products elsewhere so have ended up spending $300 for $150 worth of products. I feel extremely let down by the whole experience "
