"When I placed an order for my grandmother who doesn't live with me, of course i placed a different shipping address, they said that it's against company policy. WHAT'S THE POINT OF ASKING FOR A SHIPPING ADDRESS? So I emailed back to them saying to go ahead and send it to my billing address. After 7-10 business days of no replies whatsoever, I called them up. Apparently my order was NEVER PLACED. I was then instructed by their "customer service" to place another order for their "new" website. When I tried to plead my case (it's not my fault it has taken this long) they made it seem like they did everything on their part. The email they sent were instructions on HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER and WERE NOT explicit about the fact that I have to REDO MY ORDER AGAIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RxPad.biz. Their customer service is horrible.
